The bathtub is not just for relaxing at the end of a stressful week, it’s also a great way to get a head start on your day! Citrus scents such as grapefruit, lime and mandarin infuse your bath or shower with uplifting scents that are just as effective at waking you up as a cup of strong coffee.
Lemon is also associated with cleanliness and has invigorating properties. Grapefruit is an ideal staple item if you were partying the night before.
